Holistic Health Blog
Hello thanks for finding me and reading my blog. You may have seen I documented my whole journey, week by week through my pregnancy with Jet (born 01.08.16) and this is available now as an ebook along with advice to get you through your holistic pregnancy done up as The Essential Pregnancy Kit, found on the Pregnancy Kit page.
For this blog, however, join me on my new journey, through motherhood, with the challenges of the transition into being a mama, breastfeeding, sleeping, introduction of food, changes in lifestyle, juggling career, our travels locally and overseas and acceptance of each day of what it delivers. All including a holistic conscious view to parenting and supporting my growing family using my naturopathic knowledge that I’m happy to share with you to help your family too. There will as well be guest blogs posted that I have written for other people and blogs.
I hope you find my blogs educational and empowering to take care of yourself and your family in a natural, holistic and conscious way.
