💚GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR MAMA & BUB💚 

1⁄2 cup parsley
2 stalks kale
2–3 inches cucumber
1⁄2 banana or 1⁄2 green apple
1⁄4 cup spinach
1 Tbsp pumpkin seed meal
400–500ml coconut water

Separate leaves of kale from the stem and discard the stems
(preferably in the compost).
Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

	1.	Fruit Easter Egg Nest
Create a colorful nest using shredded coconut or oats as the base, then fill it with fresh, chopped fruits like berries, kiwi, and mango. Drizzle top with dark chocolate or cacao nibs to mimic Easter eggs.
	2.	Carrot Cake Bliss Balls - see recipe in Talita’s book BABY ITS ONLY NATURAL on page 80 
These are packed with fiber, healthy fats, and natural sweetness.
	3.	Coconut or Greek Yogurt Parfait
Layer Greek yogurt with fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of granola or crushed nuts. Add a touch of honey or cinnamon for extra flavor. These parfaits are rich in protein and antioxidants, making for a satisfying, healthy treat. Make them in cute little Jars.
Can also make a berry coulis with mixing berries and maple syrup with dash of water on the stove then blend with bar mix blender stick.
